What’s all this hubbub about mFLOPS?

Everyone’s talking about these things called mFLOPS. Here’s some insider info on what it all means to you and me for our phones. It equates to nearly a hill of beans. Well, that’s not entirely true. mFLOPS have been proven to be somewhat overrated. I like to say that they are a good judgement of the round about type of performance your phone might see, but don’t be fooled into thinking higher is always better.
Oh and just because you saw a Samsung Moment on Linpack that touched some high number of MFLOPS, doesn’t mean your phone can do the same. It’s a one time only anomaly that happened which allowed for high numbers and it’s just getting old now.
Hooray! Boot animations to save the day!

After some fairly tedious trial and error of getting boot animations to work as a flashable zip, I’ve successfully done it and now have 3 different Titanium X boot animations available for download. Yes yes I know… Making a flashable boot animation isn’t THAT hard. But I overlooked a few things that were just sort of simple mistakes.
So at least now all of you Titanium X users that have themed the ROM and lost the great boot animation, you can flash our boot animation back on and feel the power of our ROM even in our boot animation. Ok, I know our boot animation doesn’t provide any power or anything, but it “looks” powerful, yet simple.
